1. Returns Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
4. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping will be free of charge.
Customer Remorse
If you change your mind after purchase, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
